PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated sheet excellent in scratch resistance and also excellent in ductility and emboss retention properties at a time of thermoforming processing such as vacuum molding or the like. SOLUTION: A laminated sheet is constituted by forming at least a base material layer, an adhesive resin layer, a surface layer, a foam layer and, according to circumstances, a backing layer in this order. The base material layer comprises a crosslinked thermoplastic elastomer composn. with a gel content of 50-96% containing (a) a crystalline polypropylene resin having a specific MFR and (b) an ethylenic copolymer rubber comprising an ethylene/α-olefin (non-conjugated diene) copolymer rubber in a specific ratio and the adhesive resin layer comprises an adhesive resin compsn. containing (c) a modified polypropylene resin on which an unsaturated carboxylic acid or the like is grafted and (d) modified polyporpylene other than (c) the modified polypropylene resin in a specific ratio. The surface layer comprises a thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer and the foam layer comprises a polyolefin resin foam and the backing layer comprises a polypropylene resin.
