PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily hold and fix the position by forming a positioning fixing tool of a disk having a first cutout or a first long hole continuously formed toward the outer periphery from the axis. SOLUTION: A positioning fixing tool 20 is formed as a disk in the shape of a weight of a platform weighting machine, and a first cutout 21 capable of inserting/moving a bolt is formed toward the outer periphery from the axis. The first cutout 21 is arranged toward the outer periphery from the axis, and is formed in a width (a diameter of the bolt) capable of moving the inserted bolt inside along the first cutout 21. Since such constitution is provided, the inserted bolt can be freely moved, the axis can be moved while rotating the bolt, and when changing a position of the inserted bolt by rotatably fitting the bolt in a third hole of a coupler, the positioning fixing tool composed of the disk and the coupler can be fixed.
