PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a combustion device that the dew is not formed at a fluid heater even if the temperature of the liquid within a liquid heater such as a hot water supply heat exchanger or the like is low. SOLUTION: Dew condensation on a hot water supply heat exchanger is controlled by giving a data storage 10 beforehand the first fan revolution control data to control the number of revolutions of a combustion fan 5, according to the requested calorific value of a burner, when the water temperature (hot water temperature) within the hot water supply heat exchanger detected with a hot water supply heat exchanger hot water sensor 6 is above the preset reference temperature, and the second fan revolution control data to control the number of revolutions of the combustion fan 5 to the side of up of the quantity or air, according to the requested calorific value of combustion of the burner, when the water temperature is lower than the reference temperature, and performing the revolution control of the combustion fan 5 by a number-of- revolutions-of-fan control means 8, based on the first revolution control data, when the water temperature is above the reference, and based on the second revolution control data, when the water temperature is lower than the reference.
