PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic jack being sharply lightened even having the strength and durability of an iron-made hydraulic jack. SOLUTION: A ram 20, composed of a tip side rod part 21 and a rear end side piston part 22 is equipped in a cylinder 10, and is constituted so as to be slid in a tip direction by injecting oil 4 into a first oil chamber 1 facing the rear end surface of the piston part 22, to be formed hollowly being communicated from the inside of the rod part 21 to an opening part 22a to which the rear end surface of the piston part 22 is opened, to equip an oil-reservoiring chamber 3 comprised by sealing the opening part 22a by means of a diaphragm 23 having oil resistance and elastic deformability, in a condition filled with oil 4 in the inside of the chamber 3.
