PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended sling for a concrete product capable of easily being manufactured by simplifying a structure, easily performing a detaching operation for the concrete product and easily visualizing a locking state. SOLUTION: A shaft part 13a of a supporting pin 13 is passed through insertion holes 12c, 12d formed at both of left and right end parts 12a, 12b of a shackle 12. At a tip part of the shaft part 13a, a cutout groove 13c is provided. Within the groove 13c, a falling prevention pin 14 is freely rotatably connected by a spindle 15. In a sate that the falling prevention pin 14 is along the shaft part 13a, the shaft part 13a is passed trough a locking hole 22a of an insert locking tool 22. Between the left and part 12a of the shackle 12 and a stop ring 16 locked on an outer periphery of the shaft part 13a, a coil spring 18 is interposed. A side wall of the left end part 12a of the shackle 12 is pressed on a side wall of a concrete product 21. The falling prevention pin 14 rotated at a locking position is pressed on a side wall surface of the concrete product 21.
