PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a mold release agent from splashing from an oil storage tank even when the mold release agent is rapidly fed from an oil feeding pipe by attaching cushioning cylinder which form a cylindrical shape with bottom, having a larger diameter than the oil feeding pipe, and has an oil feeding port having a smaller diameter than the oil feeding port at the end section of the oil feeding pipe, on the bottom plate, to the end section of the oil feeding pipe. SOLUTION: To the end section 4a facing downward of an oil feeding pipe 4, a cushioning cylinder 5 of a cylindrical shape with bottom, which has a larger diameter than the oil feeding pipe 4 and is coaxial with the oil feeding pipe 4, is detachably attached with three fixing screws 6. The bottom plate 5a of the cushioning cylinder 5 tilts downward to the center, and at the center, an oil filling port 5b which is coaxial with an oil feeding port 4b under the oil feeding port 4b and has a smaller diameter than the oil feeding port 4b, is provided. When the speed of a waste oil 2 fed from the oil feeding pipe 4 is high, and the amount is large, only one part of the waste oil 2 passes the oil filling port 5b, and the remaining part temporarily resides in the cushioning sylinder 5, and overflows from the upper end opening of the cushioning cylinder 5 depending on an occasion. By this constitution, the energy of the waste oil 2 which jets out from the oil feeding port 4b is conspicuously de-energized.
