FLOW RATE ADJUSTING METHOD AND APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow rate adjusting method in an injection mold capable of certainly preventing the positional shift of a piece and a small-sized and space-saving flow rate adjusting apparatus adapted thereto. SOLUTION: A small-sized flow rate adjusting apparatus in an injection mold capable of certainly preventing the positional shift of a flow rate adjusting piece is constituted by providing a flow rate adjusting hole 13 to the runner groove 12 on a runner plate 11 and applying processing capable of ensuring the same flow rate as the runner groove 12 in max. and capable of stopping a flow in min. to the detachable flow rate adjusting piece 14 inserted in the hole 13 and replacing the piece with other one to stepwise adjust the flow rate of a resin.
