摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity in a production or treatment line of an object and reduce the running cost by removing a liquid attached to the object by blowing a gas to the object while applying ultrasonic waves to the gas. SOLUTION: Compressed air 6 is blown over the total width of a steel sheet 6 having all the surface sprayed with water 3, thus removing remaining water attached to all the surface of the steel sheet S. An ultrasonic oscillator is added to an air blow nozzle to constitute an ultrasonic oscillating nozzle 5, and a warm air dryer for heating compressed air is arranged at the upstream side of a compressed air pipe 4 to which the ultrasonic oscillating nozzle 5 is connected. When compressed air 6 adjusted to suitable temperature, pressure and flow rate is jetted out of the ultrasonic oscillating nozzle 5, ultrasonic waves adjusted in advance to proper frequency and output is applied to the compressed air 6. Thus, the efficiency in removing the remaining water is enhanced and the line speed is increased to improve the productivity.
