PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic electronic part which prevents generation of structural defect of an inside of a sintered body. SOLUTION: A ceramic sheet is formed of a ceramic mixed raw material, mainly composed of barium titanate and an organic matter. The ceramic sheet and palladium paste are laminated alternately, and a laminated body 2 is prepared. Then, a lamination body, a spherical medium consisting of zirconia and polyester and water are enclosed in a container 10, whereto a urethane rubber liming 1 is applied. The container 10 is rotated at a fast speed and chamfered. Thereafter, the laminated body 2 is enclosed in a vantilative tubular basket, hot air is fed from above and sucked from below, thus drying water of a surface of the laminated body 2. Then, the laminated body 2 is baked. |
