PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external wall installation method capable of easily and efficiently installing external walls. SOLUTION: A small-diameter bolt 12 is erected on a beam side plate 11 above a beam made of precast concrete. A support bolt plate 3 on which a vertical support bolt 31 is erected has an opening, a large-diameter hole 32 whose diameter is larger than that of the small-diameter bolt 12. The small- diameter bolt 12 penetrates through the large-diameter hole 32, and a support bolt plate 3 is temporarily attached. A ring-like metal fitting 22 horizontally projected from the surface of the external wall is fitted to the vertical support bolt 31 to position the external wall. Subsequently the beam side plate 11 is welded to the support bolt plate 3.
