PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a cover for a concrete structural body placed under corrosive environment by embedding and fixing an anticorrosive metal during concrete placement, placing the outer peripheral end portion of the anticorrosive sheet metal having the same material as a fixing metal on the fixing metal after concrete hardening, welding by overlapped partial welding and hermetically sealing. SOLUTION: As an anticorrosive metal, titanium or stainless steel which have no possibility of the deterioration with time is used. An anticorrosive fixing metal 3 is embedded in concrete 1 in such a manner that its metal surface appears on the surface of concrete 1. After hardening of concrete 1, the outer peripheral end portion of the sheet metal 2 having the same material as fixing metal 3 is placed in such a manner that it is overlapped to the fixing metal 3, and the overlapped portion is jointed by the indirect resistance seam welding method thereby forming a hermetic seal. In this way, the surface of a concrete structural body which is placed under the corrosive environment such as concrete structures, ozone treatment layers and flow layer type activated carbon adsorption layer can be covered simply and economically.
