PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning working machine capable of facilitating the maintenance work of a radiator, a battery and a hydraulic oil tank. SOLUTION: An engine 15 in the rear section of a swivel base 3 is placed sideways, a blow-out radiator 34 is placed to the right side of the engine 15, an operator's seat 17 is placed to the front side thereof, a battery 37 is placed to a blow-out side of the radiator 34,a hydraulic oil tank 38 is placed to the front side thereof, and the engine 15, radiator 34, battery 37 and hydraulic oil tank 38 are covered with a hood 16. Then, the hood 16 is separately formed of a hood part for covering the engine 15 and a cover body 16C for covering the radiator 34, battery 37 and hydraulic oil tank 38, and the front and rear parts of the cover body are pivoted in an openable manner.
