PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aseismatic reinforcing construction method capable of increasing strength of a foundation of an existing structure and preventing liquefaction. SOLUTION: An annular continuous wall 10 is constructed on a ground 3 around an existing pile 4 supporting a footing 2 of an existing bridge pier 1, and the continuous wall 10 and the existing footing 2 are connected and integrally formed with an extension footing 11. The continuous wall 10 is constructed by bringing a complex 14 in which a micropile 13 is placed into contact with the inside of an improved column 12 which is formed by a high pressure injection stirring construction method and has a large diameter continuously, the improved column 12 and the micropile 13 are mutually joined by a anchoring layer 16 of a hardner grout jetted from the inside of a steel pipe 15 around it, and furthermore, the extention footing 11 wraps a pile head part 13a of the micropile 13 to increase strength and suppress the intrusion of earthquake waves into the foundation ground by the continuous wall 10 so as to prevent liquefaction of the foundation ground.
