PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a soft polypropylene-based resin composition having flexibility, high transparency, excellent stress relaxation property and elongation recovery, and improved melting property. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (a) 20-90 wt.% of a propylene- ethylene block copolymer having 0.1-10 g/10 min MFR and <4 Mw/Mn, (b) 5-40 wt.% of a polypropylene-based resin having 4-8 Mw/Mn, MFR of higher than the MFR of the propylene-ethylene block copolymer and within a range of 0.5-20 g/min and (c) 5-40 wt.% of at least one kind of resin selected from a group comprising a petroleum resin, a terpene resin, a coumarone-indene resin and a rosin-based resin, or its hydrogenated substance, and is mixed so as a total of the components (a), (b) and (c) to be 100 wt.%.
