摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constantly produce a high-quality antisticky coating from a composition which is not a cold-curing type nor a quick-curing type by continuously mixing a polyorganosiloxane with a crosslinker and a catalyst under specified conditions and continuously applying the resultant homogeneous mixture to a running flexible substrate strip to crosslink the applied mixture. SOLUTION: The mixing conditions are selected so that: the bath lifetime at 30 deg.C is in the range of 1-24 hr; the bath homogeneity by differential scanning calorimetry includes at least one Gauss-type peak characterized in that (1) T3 is 110-200 deg.C, (2) T1 is 100 deg.C or lower, (3) ΔT (=T3-T1) is 20-100 deg.C and (4) ΔT=ΔTref(=ΔT3ref-ΔT1ref)±10 deg.C (wherein T1 is the peak start temperature; T2 is the peak top temperature; and T3 is the peak end temperature); and the flow rate of the homogeneous mixture is set so that the time distance between the time when the three raw materials are put together and the time when the homogeneous mixture is applied to the running substrate strip is not longer than the bath lifetime.
