PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform an assay of a specimen in high accuracy using a small number of electrodes. SOLUTION: This system has a medium preparation tank 11 for feeding a culture solution for cell culture, a specimen tank 12 for feeding a specimen solution, a mixing unit 13 for mixing a culture solution for cell culture with a specimen solution, a radial flow-type bioreactor 15 immobilized with cells, a pump 14 for feeding a mixed solution afforded in the mixing unit 13 to the bioreactor 15, an oxygen electrode 16 for detecting the dissolved oxygen level in a mixed solution issued from the bioreactor 15, and an analyzer 17 for performing a specified analysis for output signals from the oxygen electrode 16 as inputs. |
