METHOD AND DEVICE FOR AMPLIFYING DNA FRAGMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To amplify a restricted kind number of cDNA to DNA fragments by means of repeating annealing and elongation by a primer with amplification probability amplifying DNA fragments from a specific kind number of cDNA by the use of a cDNA pool. SOLUTION: This is a method for amplifying DNA fragments from a cDNA pool by means of repeating a thermal modification process, an annealing process by a primer and an elongation process by DNA polymerase in turn. The above primer is a kind of primer or a pair of primer set and has amplification probability capable of amplifying DNA fragments from a restricted kind number of cDNA in the above cDNA pool. By using the cDNA pool containing the above restricted kind numbers of 1-25 cDNA, the voluntarily restricted kind number of cDNA from the cDNA pool containing enormous kinds of cDNA is amplified to DNA fragments.
