PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fill adequate quantity of a printing agent even in a printing mask or intaglio plate, a curved body to be printed, and the like each having unevenness formed thereon, and advance mountability to a fixing member by making the thickness of one end side to be contacted with a plate surface larger than the thickness of the other end side, and thereby providing differences in thickness. SOLUTION: The squeegee 1 is provided with a stepped part 1a such that the thickness of the part (thin thickness part) 1c of a contacting edge 1a side becomes smaller than a grasping part 1b to be grasped by the cramping part 2a of a fixing member 2. The squeegee 1 is composed of urethane rubber or the like a hardness of Hs 90 deg., and made having pliability. By rendering the thin thickness part 1c more pliable than the grasping part 1b and adjusting the thickness (t) and length (L) without decreasing the hardness of use material with respect to the thin thickness part 1c, it can be adjusted in pliability. Then the thickness of the grasping part 1b is made, e.g. 9 mm, the thickness of thin thickness part 1c is e.g. 3 mm, and the length of the thin thickness 1c is, e.g. 11 mm.
