PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method by which a formed body having the double cylindrical part necessitating to form holes in the peripheral wail of an inner cylindrical part is highly precisely manufactured from a sheet of metal plate by drawing. SOLUTION: A formed body 1n having a double cylindrical part is manufactured from a sheet of metal plate 1a. For this purpose, this method is composed of an inner cylindrical part forming process wherein drawing is applied to the central area of a sheet of metal plate 1a leaving its peripheral edge part 3b of a prescribed width and a bottomed inner cylindrical part 2 which extends about vertically from one surface 10 of the metal plate 1a and is connected to the inner peripheral side of the peripheral edge part 3b is formed, an inner cylindrical part hole forming process wherein drilling is applied to the peripheral wall 22 of the inner cylindrical part 2 and holes 25a, 25b are provided, and an outer cylindrical part forming process wherein drawing is applied to a peripheral edge part 3d at a prescribed position in the outwardly radial direction R1 from the opening part 26 of the inner cylindrical part 2 facing the bottom 2 of the inner cylindrical part 2 and an outer cylinder 3 which extends in about parallel with the inner cylindrical part 2 and is connected to the inner cylindrical part 2 is formed.
