PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vinyl chloride-based resin composition exhibiting excellent thermal stability and extrusion formability without using a heavy metal- based stabilizer. SOLUTION: This vinyl chloride-based resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a vinyl chloride-based resin, (A) 0.1-10 pts.wt. of at least one compound selected from an organic acid calcium salt and an organic acid magnesium salt, (B) 0.1-5 pts.wt. of an organic phosphite ester, and (C) 0.05-10 pts.wt. of at least one compound selected from an alkyl or aryl aminocrotonate and a hydroxyl group or amino group-containing pyrimidine-based compound or triazine-based compound.
