PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for suppressing or inhibiting bacterium discharge from a bovine having enteric canal hemorrhagic colibacillus O-157. SOLUTION: This bacterium discharge inhibitor contains a microorganism belonging to genus Streptococcus bovis or Lactobaciilus gallinarum and having a bacterium discharge inhibiting effect to a bovine having colibacillus O-157 as an active component. This live bacterium formulation is administrated to a bovine directly or together with feed to suppress bacterium discharge from a bacterium-keeping bovine as a direct or indirect infection source of human sitotoxism by colibacillus O-157, then possibility of a human to be infected to the colibacillus O-157 can be reduced.
