PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture an ink jet recording sheet of superior resistance to curling, whiteness and masking properties. SOLUTION: An ink jet recording sheet is provided with a base sheet and an ink acceptive layer of aqueous ink absorbability formed on one face of the base sheet, and the base sheet is provided with a core base composed of a resin film and a synthetic paper laminated at least on one face of the core base. The base sheet is also provided with synthetic papers composed of core films laminated on both faces of the core base composed of the resin film. |
