PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water supply system controller without wasting energy and resources by effectively using reusable water as long as possible and, at the same time, to provide a more comfortable life capable of easily realizing the observation and control of the state of instruments such as a fault or the like of a plumbing fixture by using a water supply system controlling information line at a low cost. SOLUTION: A collection and distribution water control system is so constituted that service water supplied from waterworks and reclaimed water making used water discharged from water using equipments and stormwater or the like as a supply source are distributed to the water using equipments. It is equipped with a communication controller for controlling operations connecting water distribution switching devices 14, 16 and 18 for switching joint ends of service water piping 25 of the water using equipments, reclaimed water piping 30 and sewage piping to the water distribution switching and controller for controlling the water distribution switching devices with network and a reclaimed water tank for storing reclaimed water.
