PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibrationproof construction method capable of providing high vibration shutting off effect in a banking part for a railroad and a road. SOLUTION: A vibrationproof block 6 is obliquely provided by tilting it in the direction of depth in a banking of a banking part 1 for a railroad and a road.
