PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformize a resistance value of a roller surface by imparting semiconductivity by blending resin-covered carbon black with an elastic layer. SOLUTION: An additive such as a vulcanizing agent is added to a rubber material for an elastic layer, resin-covered carbon black is used as carbon black mixed in the elastic layer, and since the carbon black is covered with resin, a surface has insulating performance to a certain degree, and dispersibility is excellent when blended with rubber and a synthetic resin. A composition blended with resin-uncovered carbon black (a) suddenly reduces in resistance according to an increase in blending quantity (A), and the resistance in a composition blended with the resin-covered carbon black (b) gradually reduces (B). Thus, since the resistance in the composition (b) is gentle in reduction of a resistance value according to an increase in the blending quantity, the resistance value by the blending quantity can be easily controlled, and since a resistance fluctuation by a concentration difference in the resin-covered carbon black of a roller surface is reduced, stable resistance can be obtained. |
