PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden decorative form allowing easy construction, capable of reducing the number of constituent parts and manufacturing cost, and having excellent strength. SOLUTION: At least one set of substantially parallel opposing faces are formed on an outer face of a columnlike lumber, a form constituent member 10 in which a fitting groove part 12 on one side of the opposing faces and a fitting projecting part 13 fitted in the fitting groove part 12 on the other side thereof are formed, respectively, is provided, and a plurality of form constituent members 10 are additionally provided and fixed along a face of a retaining wall as a concrete structure by fitting the fitting projecting part 13 into the fitting groove part 12 to constitute a form for placing concrete. Even after the retaining wall is constructed, the form constituent member 10 is left as a decorative member as it is.
