<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify the manufacturing history of a machine part, manufactured by machining, as a mark by changing cutting speed on the surface of the part. SOLUTION: A gear 1 has a gear part 12 and a spline part 14 on the outer- periphery part of a body 10. The streak formed by delaying feed speed without changing cutting amount is formed at the outer-periphery surface B of the gear part 12, the outer side C of the spline part 14, the outer side D of the gear part 12, and an internal side E to form a mark for identifying the manufacturing history of the gear 1.</p> |
