PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for further improving the operability of a jet-propelled boat. SOLUTION: A jet-propelled boat 10 is provided with a linking mechanism 35 for driving a water inversion cup 32, and a backward/reduction lever 42 for pushing/pulling the linking mechanism 35, the linking mechanism 35 or the backward/reduction lever 42 is provided with an operating force measuring means 45 for measuring an operating force applied to the backward/reduction lever 42, and a propelling force control unit 50 for controlling a water injecting force according to the measured operating force. Thus, the two operations of causing the water inversion cup 32 to face the outlet 23a of a nozzle 23 and controlling a water injecting force are performed only by the backward/ reduction lever 42.
