PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an envelope making bill of which high speed printing can be carried out, an enclosure item and a method of using it in which an inputting and classifying of returning envelope is not required even in the case that the envelope is to be returned back to a predetermined address selected from a plurality of returning addresses. SOLUTION: This envelope is comprised of an envelope sheet 11 which is folded into two segments, their side edges are adhered to each other to become a returning envelope 11A; a retuning paper segment 12 cooperatively connected to a side edge of the envelope sheet 11, cut apart, enclosed in the returning envelope 11A and sent back; and an addressing sheet 13 cooperatively connected to either the envelope sheet 11 or the returning paper segment 12 to display a name of a person receiving the envelope.
