PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper container in which an assembling operation is easily carried out within a forming mold, it is hardly deformed, a sufficient sealing with a lid surface can be performed due to its smooth surface, paper is a major material and it is adapted for environmental problem. SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a paper container in which this paper container is comprised of a major blank having paper as its major material, having a lid surface 4 cooperatively arranged at a frame flange 3 and an outside part of the flange and having a pair of opposing side surfaces 5 at its inner sides; a paper container main body 1 assembled with a sub-blank composed of a bottom surface 6 and a side surface other than the side surface cooperatively arranged at the main blank; and an inner protective film layer 2, wherein the major blank and the sub-blank are set in a forming mold for performing a vacuum molding or pressure molding operation, the paper container main body of semi-finished product is assembled in the forming mold, a thermoplastic resin film under its heated state is molded under vacuum or pneumatic pressure or under both of them, closely adhered to the entire inner surface of the paper container main body, thereby the inner protective film layer is formed. |
