PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the high degree of tuning of a first and second orifice passages and to stably dispose a moving rubber film for limiting a fluid flow amount on the second orifice passage tuned to the high frequency side. SOLUTION: A first partition body 56 and a second partitioning body 58 are securely press fitted and fixed each other to form a partition member 48, and an annular plate member 84 fixed at the outer peripheral edge part of a moving rubber film 60 is nipped between the first partition body 56 and the second partition body 58. The moving rubber film 60 is disposed elastically deformably by a given amount between the first and second partitioning bodies 56 and 58. A second orifice passage 104 is formed between the overlapping surfaces of the annular plate member 84 and the first partition body 56 and/or the second partition body 58 in a form that the outer peripheral side of the moving rubber film 60 is extended in a peripheral direction. |
