PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a rear end crop on a table without stopping equipment by providing a push-up means pushing up an on-coming side guide. SOLUTION: An upper cutter 9 is lowered to cut off an edge crop. The rear end crop left on an on-coming side table 10 in the last by being dividedly cut is short and reduced its whole weight so that its edge is raised by an on-coming side guide 4 pressurized from the bottom by a spring 5 and such a state as not interfering the rear end crop part and an off-going side lower cutter 7 with each other is created. The delivery is completed by operating a rear end crop delivery device 2 and pushing the rear end crop frontward so that the cutting of following grooved steel can be continued. The coil spring 5 may be replaced by other push-up means such as a spring of another form, another elastic body, an air cylinder, a cushion, etc.
