PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lance exchanging device, with which the exchange of the lance can automatically be executed. SOLUTION: The lance 58 is provided with a first and a second hooking parts 71 and 72 at the upper end part. A lance inserting device is supported so as to be swingable to a supporting column and provided with a guide rail. A lime supporting part 32 is hung to a pivotally supported sprocket at the upper and the lower ends of the guide rail and connected with an endless chain circularly driven with a motor and elevated/lowered along the guide rail and also, provided with an opening part, to which the upper end part of the lance is inserted from the side part, and hooked to the first hooking part 71 at the upper end part of the inserted lance to hang the lance 58. A magazine 40 is advanced/retreated toward the delivering position with an air cylinder 44 and provided with a lance hanging part 52 having the opening part, to which the upper end part of the lance is inserted from the side part. The lance 58 is inserted from the opening part at the upper end part thereof and the second hooking part 72 is hooked to the lance hanging part 52 to hang the lance 58.
