PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety in the case when a fitting is to be removed from a mouthpiece of a draft beer barrel. SOLUTION: A stopper 22 made of a leaf spring material has a first and a second stopper parts 28, 29 connectively provided to an upper portion of a rising part 26. The stopper 22 is provided so as to be movable integrally with a valve disc 20, and the first and the second stopper parts 28, 29 are projected through a hole 38 of a bush 5. The valve disc 20, the stopper 22, etc., are lowered, and the main body 1 of a draft beer barrel is opened to release residual pressure in the draft beer barrel main body 1. The first and the second stopper parts 28, 29 are elastically deformed to be received in the brush 5, thereby liberating them from their disengagement-preventing condition and, by rotating the bush 5, etc., to loosen threaded portions 8, 9, the bush 5, etc., are removed from a mouthpiece 4. When the bush 5, etc., are forcibly removed from the mouthpiece 4, the first stopper part 28 is made to abut against the inner end face of the mouthpiece 4 and is backed up with the second stopper part 29 in a direction in which metal is compressed, thereby restricting the spring-out of the bush 5, etc., due to the residual pressure in the draft beer barrel main body 1.
