PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dye composition which can greatly increase the ratio of a resin deposited in a simultaneous dyeing treatment by compounding a resin emulsion with a disperse dye and a flocculant. SOLUTION: The resin emulsion is one based on a fluororesin, a vinyl acetate resin, an acrylic resin, a urethane resin, a silicone resin or the like, a fluororesin being preferable, and the particle size of the emulsion is preferably 0.1-10 μm. A resin having a refractive index of 1.50 or lower is preferable since it imparts a remarkable deep color effect, especially to a polyester fiber structure. The flocculant is preferably a polyacrylamide derivative (a polymeric flocculant) and/or polyaluminum chloride or aluminum sulfate. A disperse dye which has no anionic or cationic functional group and hence can be used for dyeing hydrophobic fibers is preferable. Thus, a resin which can not be depositerd on a fiber structure by a conventional method is enabled to be deposited by a simultaneous dyeing treatment. |
