PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent damaging a lesion site due to an aortic aneurysm, or the like, when inserting a stent type artificial blood vessel into a blood vessel by providing a tubular body in a manner that allows it to be inserted into a lumen precedingly to an expandable member in an artificial lumen containing an expandable member and a tubular body. SOLUTION: The artificial lumen 20 is made up of an expandable member 21 and a tubular body 22, and when arranging the artificial lumen 20 in a sheath 23, the artificial lumen 20 is inserted into a lumen from one tip 23a of the sheath 23. Therefore, the tubular body 22 is structured so as to be inserted precedingly to the expandable member 21. Namely, with the artificial lumen 20 inserted into the sheath 23, the tubular body 22 is arranged in the tip direction of the sheath 23, and the expandable member 21 is arranged in the rearmost position. The artificial lumen 20 is inserted into the sheath 23 as indicated by an arrow A for example and the sheath 23 is inserted into the lumen. After that, the artificial lumen 20 is removed from the sheath 23 as indicates by an arrow B and expands in the lumen. |
