PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a display effect for a plurality of hand-rolled sushi and reduce its price. SOLUTION: A sheet of hard board or the like is punched out, the board is folded at predetermined positions and assembled to form a hollow segment, an upper surface plate 1 is inclined from its rear part to a forward part in a downward direction and integrally formed with it, a pair of bent and raised holding pieces 41, 41 for hand rolled sushi are provided at both right and left sides of the upper surface plate 1, a plurality of hand rolled sushi insertion holes 36 in which substantial lower half portions of the hand rolled sushi B are inserted are spaced apart by a predetermined distance in a rightward or leftward direction and formed to be elongated in a forward or rearward direction and concurrently some curved fixing plates are cooperatively arranged in sequence along the forward bottom plate, the supporting plate inclined and raised and the rear surface of the upper surface plate 1 are cooperatively arranged in sequence in such a manner that they can be folded inwardly and in a horizontal orientation at the lower end of the front surface plate 4 cooperatively arranged at the front end of the upper surface plate. A plurality of insertion holes into which the lower portions of the hand rolled sushi are inserted are arranged at the supporting plate in correspondence with the insertion holes 36. |
