PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure capable of firmly mounting a cabinet on a wall surface in a fixed state without hindrance even when horizontal furring strips as reinforcing material are not mounted to the inside of a wall or even when a mounting position is slipped from a proper position when the cabinet mounting a wall-hanging toilet stool to the front is mounted in a state to contact to the inside of the wall in a toilet room. SOLUTION: An anchor 48 is set an fixed by slantly driving screw 64 from the inside of a wall 10 to a pipe post 18 as a structural post of the inside of the wall 10 and, at the same time, a rigid reinforcing bar member 46 is laid across the anchor 48 at a specific interval on either side in the inside of the wall 10 and is fixed to the anchor 48. The cabinet mounting the wall-hanging toilet stool thereto is fixed to the reinforcing bar member 46.
