PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and speedily eliminate frying waste even when a pump bites-in the frying waste by equipping a manual pump for sucking and transporting cooking oil in a returning oil path and a member for filtering cooking oil in the returning oil path for returning the edible oil to an oil storing part. SOLUTION: A returning oil path 7 for filtering cooking oil discharged from the lower part of an oil reserving tank 1 and returning it to an oil reservoir 1 is provided. The path 7 is formed with a first pipe 8 projecting from the side surface of a pipe 4, a second pipe and a third pipe 12, which are connected to it, a manual pump 13 sucking the cooking oil discharged from the lower part of the tank 1 to transport it to the tank 1, a fourth pipe 14, a fifth pipe 15 nearly in the shape of a reverse U rising upward from the end terminal of the pipe 14 and orienting a rising discharging port 15A downward, and a filtering member 16 for filtering the cooking oil discharged from the port 15A.
