PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide post treatment equipment for paper sheets capable of smoothly positively delivering a paper sheet bundle to a tray even if a significant difference is observed between the angle of a delivering belt in the transporting direction and the delivering angle of a delivering roller. SOLUTION: Post treatment equipment for paper sheets is provided with a rear end fence 7 for temporarily stacking paper sheets for stapling by bundling the paper sheets delivered from an image-forming device 1, a matching fence 7 for matching the paper sheets in the rear end fence 7, a stapler 8 for stapling the matched paper sheet bundle, a delivering belt 10 having a delivering claw 9 for locking the paper sheet bundle bound by means of the stapler 8 and used for delivering the paper sheet bundle from the rear end fence 7, and a delivering roller 11 for delivering the paper sheet bundle delivered from the delivering belt 10 to outside the equipment. Where, the delivering belt 10 is configured so that the delivering claw 9 may transport the paper sheet bundle to as far as the extended line from the delivering angle of the delivering roller 11.
