PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the parts cost of a bearing holder, and eliminate any problems on the durability. SOLUTION: In a massage machine which is provided with a threaded shaft 26 to be screwed with a massage ball drive unit to elevate/lower the massage ball drive unit by its rotation, and holds a bearing 73 to pivotably support an upper end of the threaded shaft 26 by a plate-like bearing holder 71 through an elastic body 72, the elastic body 72 is projected from the bearing holder 71 and fitted to the bearing holder 71, and locking means 71b, 72c are provided between the elastic body 72 and the bearing holder 71. The elastic body is prevented from being excited by the threaded shaft and rotated thereby by the locking means, and even when the elastic body is held by a simple fitting hole without any drawing, the elastic body is not rotated, and its wear can be prevented.
