PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery type surgery device capable of reducing the weight of a holding operation part, and excellent in operability. SOLUTION: In an ultrasonic incision and coagulation device 1 as a battery type operating device, a sheet-like battery 13 of substantially rectangular cylindrical shape is stored along an inner surface of a handle part 4 of a holding operation part 3 provided on a rear end of an insertion part 2 provided with a treatment part 7 on the tip, the electric energy of the sheet-like battery 13 is supplied to an oscillation circuit 16, an amplifier 17, etc., to form a drive part, the output of the amplifier 17 is applied to an ultrasonic oscillator 15, and the ultrasonic vibration by this ultrasonic oscillator 15 is transmitted to a fixed blade 8a to form the treatment part 7 by a vibration transmission member 21. By adopting the sheet-like battery 13 of low profile, light in weight and high in energy density as a power source, the weight of the holding operation part 3 is reduced, and the excellent operability is ensured. |
