摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly control a cooling water temperature to a prescribed temperature with preventing hunting in the cooling water temperature. SOLUTION: This cooling water controller is provided with a cooling water control valve 9 in an outlet channel 5, through which the cooling water of a water jacket 4 is returned to a radiator 1, opened and closed by control of an ECM 13 to increase and decrease a circulation amount of the cooling water, an outflow water temperature sensor 10 in an outlet side of the water jacket 4, and an inflow water temperature sensor 11 in an inlet side thereof. When an outflow water temperature detected by the outflow water temperature sensor 10 is out of a prescribed temperature range whose center is a target temperature in the operation of an engine, the ECM 13 controls the circulation amount according to the outflow water temperature, to immediately respond to a change in an engine heating value. When the outflow water temperature is within a prescribed temperature range, the ECM 13 controls the circulated amount according to an inflow water temperature detected by the inflow water temperature sensor 11. Thereby, a cooling water temperature is stabilized, without excessively increasing and decreasing a flow rate of the cooling water.
