PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify piping work when pipe arrangement to be horizontally arranged on an embedding member is drawn out to an indoor side as vertical pipe arrangement. SOLUTION: Parts 14, 16 wherein the thickness from bottom parts of recessed grooves 11, 12 to a back surface of embedding member 10 is partially thinned are formed on the recessed grooves 11, 12 formed on a front surface side of the embedding member 10. Openings are provided on parts opposed to the parts wherein the thickness of a concrete board 3 is partially thinned. In piping work, a tip end part of piping p is bent to form an opening on the embedding member 10 by using the parts 14, 16 in which the thickness is partially thinned. A tip end Pa of the piping P is then drawn out to the indoor side through the opening formed on the concrete board 3.
