PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a fixing position of a seat to be mounted on a slanted surface such as a fender and the like as low as possible. SOLUTION: A rear leg part 3a shaped so as to fit a profile of a vehicle side body is fixedly attached to the rear end of a seat cushion frame 10 supporting a seat cushion 30. A seat back frame 6 is connected with a joint between the rear leg part 3a and the seat cushion frame 3. Furthermore, a cross member 4a is connected to a joint between the seat back frame 6 and the seat cushion frame 3 and engaged with a seat pan 5.
