PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive die exchange mechanism having a simple constitution in a panel bender. SOLUTION: A slide block 1 is provided in a die 31A subject to exchange constituting a top die and a pair of slide keys 2 is provided in a die attaching part 35 of a machine main body, respectively. The die 31A subject to exchange is attached to and detached from the die attaching part 35 by slidably forming the slide block 1 between a pair of slide keys 2.
