PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reproduce the fish skew for grilling fish crooked which allows not only a cook but also an average housewife without any special technique to simply grill fish well at home just like a cook. SOLUTION: This device is provided with three placing bars 1a, 1b and 1c having a slide mechanism for expanding and narrowing intervals while mutually keeping a parallel state, and two pressing bars 2a and 2b which can be fixed across parallel with the bars 1a, 1b and 1c with their tips sliding at medium positions of these placing bars. Then, the intervals between the bars 1a, 1b and 1c are adjusted corresponding to the size of fish to grill, and the fish is placed and crooked to be W-shaped by pressing with the two bars 2a and 2b. Then the fish is grilled up in the state.
