PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-light emitting road rivet for cold district without obstructing snow removing work when snow is accumulated and achieving signaling function after snow is removed. SOLUTION: This self-light emitting road rivet consists of a rivet main body 10 incorporating a light penetration panel 30, a solar battery 40, an electricity storage body 41, a light emitting body 42, and a control circuit 43 and a rivet basic body 50 whose upper part is opened and which can store the rivet main body 10. The rivet main body 10 is provided with a first projecting part 11 and a second projecting part 12 on a bottom face, a first recessed part 13 and a second recessed part 14, and a lock means 20, and the rivet basic body 50 is provided with a first support projecting part 51 and a second support projecting part 52 on a bottom face of an inner wall, a first recessed bottom part 53 and a second recessed bottom part 54, and an engaging part engageable with the lock means 20. It is switchable to a non-snow accumulation condition in which an uppermost part of the rivet main body 10 and a radiation part 31 of light emitting body 42 light are higher than an installation reference face 56 and a snow accumulation condition in which the uppermost part of the rivet main body 10 and the radiation part 31 of light emitting body 42 light are substantially at the same low level as the installation reference face 56. |
