PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform ventilation and smoke exhaustion, prevent an influence of dispersion manufacturing, stably rise and fall an upper frame, and manufacture in low costs. SOLUTION: An upper frame 3 is arranged freely to rise and fall above a lower frame 2 formed an opening for a window in a rooftop, etc., of a building by X type arms 41 to 44 and a X type free arm 45. A rotatively moving end (a lower end) of a piece 42A which is not turned through a reduction mechanism by a motor 46 for rising and falling among rotatively moving ends of the X type arms 41 to 44 arranged to each side is journalled with a hinge metal fitting 21 for adjusting a relatively attaching position with the lower frame 2. The attaching position to a hinge adjusting metal fitting 22 of a hinge metal fitting 21 can be moved with an adjusting bolt 23. Turning the adjusting bolt 23 moves the hinge metal fitting 21, so that a rising and falling position of the upper frame 3 supported on a side of the X type arm 42 can be adjusted, and the inclination of the upper frame 3 can be adjusted. Accordingly, it is possible to rise and fall stably, and keep cheap since the allowance in accuracy of parts is generated. |
