PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure airtightness and heat insulation inside and outside a unit installation space by means of a simple structure. SOLUTION: The walls 2 or the like of a building 1 are of an airtight, heat insulated structure and a hermetic backup member 20 is provided at a sill 7 surrounding a unit installation space 11 in the building 1. A watertight pan 12 of a unitized building 10 is installed in the unit installation space 11 and a heat insulating material 16 is provided on the lower surface of the watertight pan 12. A airtight, heat insulating material 21 is provided between the peripheral edge 14 of the watertight pan 12 and the airtight backup member 20. |
